KATIE LINS
Katie Lins is the owner of Red Gate Riding LLC in Rochester, MN where she enjoys teaching a variety of different ages and skill levels of riders. Katie grew up showing horses and competing at the 4H local and state level along with open and AQHA shows. She received a horse judging scholarship to Northeastern Oklahoma (NEO) A & M College where she competed at the national and international level and earned her AAS in Equine Science while at NEO. She continued her studies at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where she earned a BS in Animal Science and Equine Science. Since then, Katie has been giving lessons, showing and training horses and continuing her journey to develop her skills and knowledge.
NICOLE STEVENS
Nicole has been a resident here in the Rochester area for the last seven years. Of them, six have been spent returning to her love of horses and becoming a true student. She grew up around horses but life took over as an adult. When she moved to Rochester she desired to find something she could enjoy for herself as a mother of two young children. She began taking riding lessons and her love of the horse exploded from a hobby to a lifestyle. Nicole is an avid learner and continues her education and experience taking lessons, going to clinics, working in barns, and fulfilling a lifelong dream of owning her own. She also has experience working at a large boarding facility.
ANIKA HANSEN
Anika grew up with horses and began showing in 4H and open shows at the age of 10. Her primary background is in western pleasure and hunter under saddle, however she has dabbled in a few other disciplines. She enjoys learning about anything horse related! Anika also has a passion for therapeutic riding, and has been volunteering at various facilities since 2015.
